NONASSIGNMENT. The right of the Employee or any other person to receive any payment or benefit under this Agreement may not be assigned, transferred, pledged or encumbered except by will or by applicable laws of descent and distribution. Any attempt to assign, transfer, pledge or encumber any payment or benefit that is or may be receivable under this Agreement will be null and void and of no legal effect.
