Non-Waiver of City’s Rights. Neither City’s review, approval or acceptance of or payment for Work required under this Agreement, pursuant to an issued Job Order, waives City’s rights under this Agreement or waives City’s rights under any cause of action arising out of the performance of this Agreement.
