Common use of NON-VARIATION Clause in Contracts

NON-VARIATION. 15.1 No person other than a director of MalaMala has any authority to contract on MalaMala's behalf on terms or conditions other than those contained in these Standard Terms. 15.2 No variation of these Standard Terms shall be binding upon MalaMala unless reduced to writing and signed by a director of MalaMala.
