NON-VARIATION. No addition to or variation, consensual cancellation or novation of this agreement and no waiver of any right arising from this agreement or its breach or termination shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all the parties or their duly authorised representatives.

NON-VARIATION. 15.1 No person other than a director of MalaMala has any authority to contract on MalaMala's behalf on terms or conditions other than those contained in these Standard Terms.
15.2 No variation of these Standard Terms shall be binding upon MalaMala unless reduced to writing and signed by a director of MalaMala.
