Common use of Non-Usage Fee Clause in Contracts

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.25% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee calculated on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.25% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing. The Bank may begin to accrue the foregoing fee on the date the Borrower signs or otherwise authenticates this agreement.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee calculated on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.250.20% per annumannum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year comprised of 360 days), payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing. The Bank may begin to accrue the foregoing fee on June 1, 2010.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee calculated on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.250.125% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen thirty (1530) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing. The Bank may begin to accrue the foregoing fee on the date the Borrower signs or otherwise authenticates this agreement.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee calculated on the average daily unused portion of Facility A B at a rate of 0.25% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen thirty (1530) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing. The Bank may begin to accrue the foregoing fee on the date the Borrower signs or otherwise authenticates this agreement.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.25% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing. Annual Pay Down. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, there shall be no debt outstanding under Facility A for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during each fiscal year of the Borrower.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.250.35% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen ten (1510) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.250.15% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing, beginning October 1, 2004 and continuing thereafter.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee on the average daily unused portion of Facility A the Revolving Credit at a rate of 0.250.30% per annum, payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of at the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing.

Non-Usage Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank a non-usage fee calculated on the average daily unused portion of Facility A at a rate of 0.250.175% per annumannum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year comprised of 360 days), payable in arrears within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar quarter for which the fee is owing. The Bank may begin to accrue the foregoing fee on May 31, 2011.
