Common use of Non-Transferability of RSUs Clause in Contracts

Non-Transferability of RSUs. Except as expressly provided in the Plan or this Agreement, prior to the vesting of an RSU, such RSU may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise disposed of, shall not be assignable by operation of law, and shall not be subject to execution, attachment or similar process, except by will or the laws of descent and distribution. Any attempted sale, assignment, transfer, pledge or other disposition of any RSU prior to vesting shall be null and void and without effect.
