The Non-Suppression Divisions clause establishes that certain divisions or sections of a contract or agreement are not to be suppressed, omitted, or disregarded in interpretation or enforcement. In practice, this means that all specified divisions—such as articles, sections, or subsections—remain valid and enforceable, regardless of any attempts to ignore or minimize their importance. Non-Suppression Divisions. The Fire Chief must post a written notice that identifies a vacancy in any of the non- suppression pools.
