Common use of Non-Solicitation of Group Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Group Employees. Until the end of your Restriction Period, you will not, directly or indirectly, Solicit anyone who is then an employee of the Group (or who was an employee of the Group within the prior six months) to resign from the Group or to apply for or accept employment with any Competitive Enterprise.
