Common use of NON-REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

NON-REPRESENTATION. 21.1 The Executive covenants with the Company that he will not knowingly at any time make any untrue statement in relation to the Company or any Group Company or any Joint Venture Business and shall not after the termination of his employment represent himself as still being employed by or connected with the Company or any Group Company or any Joint Venture Company. 21.2 The Executive further covenants with the Company that he will not except with the prior written consent of the Board of the Parent, use the name “WPP” or any other name identical to or likely to be confused with any name which has been used by the Company or any Group Company or the Parent or any other Group Company or Joint Venture Business at any time during the period of twelve months prior to the termination of this agreement.
