Non-Renewal Election by You. If your employment is terminated due to a Non-Renewal Election by you, we will have no further obligations to you other than as set forth in Section 3(e)(iii), which also includes provision for the compensation and other benefits described in Section 4(b). Except as described in Section 4(b) and Section 3(e)(iii), in the event of your termination due to a Non-Renewal election by you, you will forfeit all rights to any other compensation.
