Non-Renewal By Company - Severance. If Employee’s employment ends because Company gives notice of non-renewal under Section 1, Company shall determine the termination date, even if such date is prior to the end of the Employment Period and will pay the accrued and unpaid base salary through the termination date and any payments required under applicable employee benefit plans (other than plans which provide for severance or termination payments or benefits).
