Common use of Non-Refundable Fees Clause in Contracts

Non-Refundable Fees. The computer-based examination fee (applicable only for ACCA & FIA courses) for Xxxxxx Financial programmes is non-refundable save where there is a Non-Delivery of Course as described in Clause 2.1 above. The relevant fees are found in Schedule C of this Contract.
