Non-Recurring Payments. If a time frame for the payment by Tenant of a non-recurring charge, cost or expense payable by Tenant pursuant to this Lease is not set forth in this Lease, such non-recurring charge, cost or expense shall be due within 30 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of written demand therefor.
