Non-Published Numbers Clause Samples
The Non-Published Numbers clause restricts the disclosure or use of telephone numbers that are not listed in public directories. In practice, this means that parties must treat such numbers as confidential and cannot share them with third parties or use them for purposes outside the agreed scope, such as marketing or solicitation. This clause primarily serves to protect the privacy of individuals or entities by preventing unwanted contact and safeguarding sensitive contact information.
Non-Published Numbers. Subject to any applicable confidentiality requirements imposed by law regarding non-published numbers, the Parties shall reciprocally provide their respective numbers and contact names for their non-published bureaus so that each Party=s operators shall have the capability to contact the other in order to request that a Party=s operator notify that Party=s Customer with a non-published number of an urgent call or emergency at the request of a user of the other Party.
Non-Published Numbers. Comcast agrees that it may not provide directory Listing Information to SCRTC for Comcast non- published or non-listed telephone numbers. Comcast understands that SCRTC will have no ability to provide such unlisted directory Listing Information to any third parties.
