Non-Participating Subdivisions. Non-Participating Subdivisions shall not directly receive any portion of any Annual Payment, including from the State Fund and direct distributions from the Abatement Accounts Fund; however, a Settling State may choose to fund future Opioid Remediation that indirectly benefits Non-Participating Subdivisions.
Non-Participating Subdivisions. This Section XIV.E will not apply to any agreement entered into more than eighteen (18) months after the Reference Date.
