NON-MERGER OF REMEDIES. Each of the rights and remedies of the Contractor provided for in this Subcontract shall be in addition to and not in substitution for any of the other rights and remedies of the Contractor provided for in this Subcontract or available to the Contractor at law or in equity and none of such rights and remedies shall be construed so as to limit, prejudice or adversely affect any other of such rights and remedies.
