Common use of Non-Liability of Individuals Clause in Contracts

Non-Liability of Individuals. Neither the Commissioners of the Port Authority nor the Members of the Permittee, nor any of them, nor any officer, agent or employee of the Port Authority or of the Permittee shall be charged personally by either party hereto with any liability or shall be held personally liable to the other party under any term or provision of this Agreement or because of its execution or attempted execution, or because of any breach or attempted or alleged breach thereof.

Neither the Commissioners of the Port Authority nor the Members of the Permittee, nor any of them, nor any officer, agent or employee of the Port Authority or of the Permittee thereof, shall be charged personally by either party hereto the Lessee with any liability or shall be held personally liable to the other party it under any term or provision of this Agreement or of any supplement, modification or amendment to this Agreement or because of its execution or attempted execution, or because of any breach or attempted or alleged breach thereof.
