Non-Hardship Withdrawals. (a) If Employer Discretionary Contributions are not integrated with Social Security and a Participant's Employer Discretionary Contributions and Matching Contribution Accounts are 100% vested at the time of distribution, and if permitted by the Adoption Agreement, a Participant may make withdrawals from his Employer Discretionary Contributions and Matching Contribution Accounts, for any reason, after attainment of age fifty-nine and one-half (59-1/2).
