Non-Exclusive License to Patents. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the AgCo Licensors hereby grant to the relevant SpecCo Licensees, an irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable (to the extent permitted in Section 2.6), transferable (subject to Section 10.2), worldwide, non-exclusive license in, to and under the AgCo Licensed Patents for any and all uses in the SpecCo Field. For clarity, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the license in, to and under the AgCo Licensed Patents set forth in this Section 2.1(b) shall include the right to practice the same to make (including have made), use, sell, offer for sale, import, and export any and all products within the SpecCo Field.
