Common use of Non-engineering Clause in Contracts

Non-engineering. All full-time and regular part-time nonexempt employees and exempt 9 salaried non-engineering employees (except the Occupation/Family codes included below) primarily 10 employed and working in the Company’s plants in Sedgwick County, Kansas, including persons who 11 are on travel status from such plants, but excluding all full-time and regular part-time employees 12 designated as being in the professional unit in the agreement with the Company, the Union and 13 the National Labor Relations Board in the Occupation/Family codes 0XXX, XXXX, BBAP, 7BTP, 14 BCCK, 7BTN, 7BTR and the 7BTY employed within the XXXX Medical Organization, confidential 15 employees [1.1(b) below)], managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National 16 Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.
