Common use of NON-ENDORSEMENT AND PUBLICITY Clause in Contracts

NON-ENDORSEMENT AND PUBLICITY. Neither DES nor the Purchasers are endorsing the Contractor’s products or Services, nor suggesting that they are the best or only solution to their needs. Contractor agrees to make no reference to DES, any Purchaser or the State of Washington in any literature, promotional material, brochures, sales presentation or the like, regardless of method of distribution, without the prior review and express written consent of DES.
