Common use of NON-ENDORSEMENT AND PUBLICITY Clause in Contracts

NON-ENDORSEMENT AND PUBLICITY. County is not endorsing Supplier or the Goods supplied under this Agreement, and Supplier is not permitted to reference this Agreement or County in any manner without the prior written consent of County. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that Supplier may list the County as a reference in response to requests for proposals and may identify County as a customer in presentations to potential customers.
