NON-ENDORSEMENT AND PUBLICITY. Neither the SOM nor the Purchasers/Participating Entities are endorsing the Contractor’s Products or Services, nor suggesting that they are the best or only solution to their needs. Contractor agrees to make no reference to the State of Mississippi or Participating/Purchasing Entity in any literature, promotional material, brochures, sales presentation or the like, regardless of method of distribution, without the prior review and express written consent of the SOM and/or the impacted Participating Entity.
