Common use of Non-Duplication of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Non-Duplication of Coverage. The benefits under this Contract shall not duplicate any benefits to which you or your Covered Dependents are entitled to, or eligible for, under any insurance policy (except as specifically provided in this Part XIV, government programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration) or Workers’ Compensation to the extent allowed by law, or under any extension of benefits of coverage under a prior plan or program which may be provided or required by law.
