Non-Distribution of Servicing Fee. Each Purchaser Agent hereby consents (which consent may be revoked at any time), to the retention by the Master Servicer of the amounts (if any) identified pursuant to Section 1.3 in respect of the Servicing Fee, in which case no distribution shall be made in respect of the Servicing Fee pursuant to clause (d)(ii) or (vi) above.
