Non-Default Termination. Generator (a) Subject to clause 16.2(b), the Generator may terminate this agreement on not less than 12 months written notice to UE. (b) The Generator may not terminate this agreement under this clause 16.2 if there is an agreement in place between the Generator and UE providing for the Generator to use the generating plant to provide network support to UE.
