Non-conform material. Whenever supplier delivers non-conform material, i.e., that doesn’t correspond to what was required in the Delivery Schedule or, on the other hand, the material doesn’t match the labeling, these shall be returned to supplier, at supplier’s expenses.
Non-conform material. ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to claim for compensation for any material defective on appearance, dimension or functionality, which does not comply with the agreed specifications. Non-conform product detected by ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ or end customer shall be immediately reported to supplier and replaced the soonest possible at supplier’s expenses.
