Enter into any agreement containing any provision or covenant limiting in any material respect the ability of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to (i) sell any products or services of or to any other person, (ii) engage in any line of business, or (iii) compete with or obtain products or services from any person or limiting the ability of any person to provide products or services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case, in any geographic area or during any period of time.
