Non-Bargaining Clause Samples
Non-Bargaining. Unit personnel may continue to perform any bargaining unit work they have in the past, so long as it does not cause the lay-off of a bargaining unit employee.
Non-Bargaining. Unit supervisory personnel who supervise employees in this Bargaining Unit shall not do work normally assigned to members of this Bargaining Unit, except in the case of emergencies.
Non-Bargaining. Unit employees shall not be employed in the performance of jobs included in the Bargaining Unit where such employment causes the lay off or other loss of employment or the reduction in normal hours of work or pay on the part of the Bargaining Unit employees.

Non-Bargaining. Unit associates of the Company shall not perform Bargaining Unit work, except for the training or instructing of associates in the performance of their assigned duties. The Company agrees to cooperate fully in prohibiting violations of the above. It is understood, however, that the above is in no way to restrict the normal job functions of associates from other areas such as Quality Control, Laboratories, Methods, and other technicians and engineers.
Non-Bargaining. Unit Employees may be permanently transferred into a new or vacant Bargaining Unit position to avoid ▇▇▇▇▇▇ provided the Employee is qualified to perform the duties. In such case, an Employee is entitled to service for the purpose of calculating benefit and vacation entitlement, but not seniority.
Non-Bargaining. Labor-Relations meetings are not intended to be negotiation sessions to alter or amend the basic Agreement. Neither party is required to continue meeting after the third hour of a labor- relations meeting.
Non-Bargaining. Unit Employees who are not covered by the terms of this agreement will not perform duties permanently assigned to those employees who are covered by this agreement except for the purpose of instruction, trials and situations when regular employees are not available.
