Non-Agent. The Participant and Vaughan agree and declare that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between the Participant and Vaughan.
Non-Agent. The Distributor shall not:
2.2.1 represent itself as an agent of the Supplier for any purpose; or
2.2.2 pledge the Supplier’s credit; or
2.2.3 give any condition or warranty on the Supplier’s behalf; or
2.2.4 make any representation on the Supplier’s behalf; or
2.2.5 commit the Supplier to any contracts; or
2.2.6 otherwise incur any liability for or on behalf of the Supplier.

SiGe proposes to use the Silicon-on-Insulator technologies, or derivatives, variants or evolutions of these technologies, to accomplish this goal. Through this project, SiGe also plans to enter the wireless infrastructure market, particularly in areas of smart metering. SiGe plans to develop a suite of Radio Frequency Silicon-on-Insulator integrated circuits for use in the following three market areas:
Non-Agent. Any Party shall not be considered the agent or partner of the other Party. Any Party shall not create or generate obligations (or appear to a third party as it can create or generate obligations on behalf of the other Party) that are binding to the other Party without prior consent of the other Party in writing.
