Common use of Non-Agent Clause in Contracts

Non-Agent. The Distributor shall not: 2.2.1 represent itself as an agent of the Supplier for any purpose; or 2.2.2 pledge the Supplier’s credit; or 2.2.3 give any condition or warranty on the Supplier’s behalf; or 2.2.4 make any representation on the Supplier’s behalf; or 2.2.5 commit the Supplier to any contracts; or 2.2.6 otherwise incur any liability for or on behalf of the Supplier.
