Nominations from the Floor. Nominating Members may not nominate at, or from the floor of, a Member Meeting an individual to run for election to a Director position scheduled for election at the Member Meeting. Write in candidacy is not permitted.
Nominations from the Floor. At any meeting to elect Directors, any Director present may place names in nomination, provided however that no action may be taken on a candidate nominated from the floor at a meeting until the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board in order to afford an opportunity for the Director's to consider the candidate's qualifications.
