Number and Designation of Ex-Officio Directors. There shall be a maximum of two (2) Ex-Officio Directors, who shall be the persons described in this subparagraph (c): (i) President of Capital Public Radio, Inc. The individual employed as the Corporation's President & General Manager shall be an Ex-Officio Director of the Corporation. (ii) Vice President for Administration of California State University Sacramento or his or her designee.
