Nomination of the. AsiaSat chairman and deputy chairman The Company shall make representations to the AsiaSat Board from time to time requesting that the AsiaSat Board shall appoint the Company’s chairman as chairman of the AsiaSat Board and the Company’s deputy chairman as deputy chairman of the AsiaSat Board. It is the intention of the Shareholders that the same individuals should be chairman and deputy chairman of board of the Company, JVCo and subject to this being acceptable to the AsiaSat Board from time to time.
