Common use of Nomination Charge Clause in Contracts

Nomination Charge. In case of nomination made by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be liable to pay a sum of Rs. /- (Rupees ) per sqft on total valuation of the Agreement, towards Nomination Charges, to the Promoters.
