Common use of Nominated Driver Clause in Contracts

Nominated Driver. (a) The Hirer nominates a person/s specified in this Agreement as the driver/s of the Vehicle during the Hire Period and agrees that no person other than the Nominated Driver/s shall drive the Vehicle (except in case of emergency). (b) The Hirer warrants that the Nominated Driver/s have attained the age of 25 years and possesses a current Australian State or Territory driver’s licence (or an international driver’s licence) for the class of Vehicle hired.

Nominated Driver. (a) The Hirer nominates a person/s specified in this Agreement as the driver/s of the Vehicle during the Hire Period and agrees that no person other than the Nominated Driver/s shall drive the Vehicle (except in case of emergency). (b) The Hirer warrants that the Nominated Driver/s have Driver or Drivers:- (i) has attained the age of 25 years and 18 years; (ii) possesses a current Australian State or Territory driver’s drivers licence (or an international driver’s drivers licence) for the class of Vehicle vehicle hired.
