No Waiver; Rights Cumulative. The failure by either party to exercise any right or power, or option given to it by this Contract, or to insist upon strict compliance with the terms of this Contract, shall not constitute a waiver of the terms and conditions of this Contract with respect to any other or subsequent breach thereof, nor a waiver by such party of its rights at any time thereafter to require exact and strict compliance with all the terms hereof. The rights or remedies under this Contract are cumulative to any other rights or remedies, which may be granted by law.
