No Voting Rights; Limitations of Liability. This Warrant shall not entitle the Registered Holder or Purchaser to any rights as a stockholder of the Company. No provision hereof, in the absence of affirmative action by the Registered Holder to purchase Common Stock, and no enumeration herein of the rights or privileges of the Registered Holder shall give rise to any liability of such holder for the Exercise Price of Common Stock acquirable by exercise hereof or as a stockholder of the Company, other than in connection with the forced exercise right by the Company in accordance with the terms as set forth in Section 2B.
