No Film In Progress, nor any part thereof, nor any of the literary, dramatic or musical material contained therein or upon which any such Film In Progress is based, nor the exercise by any authorized person or entity of any right granted to any of the Entertainment Companies in connection therewith will violate or infringe upon the trademark, service mark, xxadename, copyright, literary, dramatic, music, artistic, personal, private, civil, contract or property right or rights of privacy or any other right, whether tangible or intangible, of any Person.
