Common use of No Violation of Orders or Law Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Orders or Law. During the Interim Period, no Governmental Authority shall have enacted, issued or promulgated any final or non-appealable Order or Law which has the effect of (a) making any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement illegal, or (b) otherwise prohibiting, preventing or restraining the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

During the Interim Period, no Governmental Authority shall have enacted, issued or promulgated any final or non-appealable Order or Law which has the effect of (a) making any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement illegal, or (b) otherwise prohibiting, preventing or restraining the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including any expropriation or seizure or notice thereof by any Governmental Authority or any other Person with respect to the Purchased Assets, as contemplated in Section 6.3 hereof.
