No Trustee Liability for Actions or Inactions of Custodians. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event shall the Trustee be liable to any party hereto or to any third party for the performance of any custody-related functions with respect to which the applicable Custodian shall fail to take action on behalf of the Trustee or, with respect to which the performance of custody-related functions pursuant to the terms of the custodial agreement with the applicable Custodian shall fail to satisfy all the related requirements under this Agreement.
