No Triggering Event. Since the date of this Agreement, there shall not have occurred any event that, assuming the Reinsurance Agreements were in force, would constitute a Triggering Event or Recapture Triggering Event that is continuing as of the Closing Date (without regard to any applicable cure period provided for in the Reinsurance Agreements).
