No Trademark License. No right or license, express or implied, is granted to Eiger to use any trademark, trade name, trade dress, domain name, logos, slogans, or service xxxx owned or Controlled by BMS or any of its Affiliates. Eiger, at its sole cost and expense, shall be responsible for the selection, registration and maintenance of all trademarks which it employs in connection with Licensed Products and its activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement, if any, and shall own and Control such trademarks.
