No Third-Party Beneficiaries; Disclaimer of Partnership, Lender/Sublessee Relationship. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall be deemed to confer upon any person, other than the Parties any rights or remedies hereunder. The relationship of the parties under this Agreement is solely that of landlord and tenant, and it is expressly understood and agreed that the Lessor does not as a result of this Agreement in any way nor for any purpose become a partner of Sublessee or a joint venturer with Sublessee in the conduct of business or otherwise by Sublessee. This Agreement is not intended to, and shall not be construed to, create the relationship of principal and agent, partnership, joint venture, or association as between the Lessor and Sublessee. It is further expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement is not intended to, and shall not be construed to create the relationship of lender and borrower, and the Lessor does not, solely as a result of this Agreement, become a lender to Sublessee.
