No Taxes on Abandonment Fund. No Taxes, levies, duties or fees shall be imposed on the amounts paid into, received or earned by or held in the Abandonment Fund. Any excess amounts distributed in accordance with Sub-article 29.11 will be included in Parties’ gross revenues.
