Common use of No Stock Rights Clause in Contracts

No Stock Rights. Prior to the exercise of the Options, no Option Holder of a Option Certificate, as such, shall be entitled to vote or be deemed the holder of shares of Common Stock or any other securities of the Company that may at any time be issuable on the exercise thereof, nor shall anything contained herein be construed to confer upon any Option Holder of a Option Certificate, as such, the rights of a stockholder of the Company or the right to vote for the election of directors or upon any matter submitted to stockholders at any meeting thereof, or to give or withhold consent to any corporate action, to exercise any preemptive right, to receive notice of meetings or other actions affecting stockholders (except as provided herein), or to receive dividends or subscription rights or otherwise.
