No solicitation of Customers and Prospective Customers. The Executive agrees that during the twelve months following the Termination Date he will not, in any Capacity, in competition with the Company or any Associated Company: (a) (i) solicit; or (ii) assist in soliciting, the custom or business of any Customer or Prospective Customer (which shall include, without limitation, excluding the Company or any Associated Company from a new business opportunity); or (b) (i) seek to reduce the amount of business which a Customer or Prospective Customer conducts or intends to conduct with the Company or any Associated Company; or (ii) adversely affect the terms on which a Customer or Prospective Customer conducts its business with the Company or any Associated Company.
