Common use of No Security Clause in Contracts

No Security. The Recipient must not without the prior written consent of DFAT use any of the following as any form of security for the purpose of obtaining or complying with any form of loan, credit, payment or other interest, or for the preparation of, or in the course of any litigation: the Funds; this Agreement or any of DFAT's obligations under this Agreement; or any Assets or Intellectual Property Rights in Agreement Material.
