Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights under any patent, copyright or other intellectual property right of either party, nor shall this Agreement grant either party any rights in or to the other party’s Confidential Information other than the limited right to review such Confidential Information solely for the purpose of determining whether to enter into the Relationship.

Nothing in this Mutual Non-disclosure Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights under any patent, copyright or other intellectual property right of either party, nor shall this Mutual Non-disclosure Agreement grant either party any rights in or to the other party’s 's Confidential Information other than the limited right to review such Confidential Information solely for the purpose of determining whether to enter into the Relationshipproposed Transaction.

No Rights Granted. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights under any patent, copyright or other intellectual property right of either party, nor shall this Agreement grant either party any rights in or to the other party’s Confidential Information other than the limited right to review such Confidential Information solely for the purpose of determining whether to enter into the RelationshipPurpose specified above.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting of conferring any rights under on the part of either party by license or otherwise, express or implied, to any patent, copyright trademark, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property right of either party, nor shall this Agreement grant either party any proprietary rights in or by the information submitted to the other receiving party’s Confidential Information other than the limited right to review such Confidential Information solely for the purpose of determining whether to enter into the Relationship.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any rights under in or to, or liens or encumbrances upon, any patent, copyright copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of either partyone Party to the other, nor shall this Agreement grant either party one Party any rights in or to the other party’s Party's Confidential Information other than Information, except the limited right to review such use the Confidential Information solely for in connection with the purpose of determining whether to enter into the RelationshipProject.
