No Right to Continued Service on the Board. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer upon the Director any right to continue serving on the Board of the Company. This Agreement is not to be construed as a contract of service relationship between the Company and Director. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer on the Director the right to receive any future Awards under the Plan. For purposes of determining the status of Director’s position on the Board of the “Company” under this Agreement, such term shall include the Company and, to the extent applicable, its Subsidiaries.
